- ارائه پشتیبانی فنی و فنی به کاربران نرم‌افزار.
- عیب‌یابی و حل مشکلات مرتبط با نرم‌افزارهای شرکت.
- پاسخ به درخواست‌های کاربران و حل مشکلات فنی آن‌ها.
- ارزیابی نرم‌افزارها برای تضمین کیفیت.
- همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف برای بهبود عملکرد نرم‌افزار.
- مستندسازی و نگهداری سیستم‌ها و فرآیندهای نرم‌افزاری.
شرایط احراز:
- تجربه کار با SQL Server.
- آشنایی با مایکروسافت آفیس.
- مسلط به شبکه و سخت‌افزار/سیستم‌عامل.
- آشنایی با زبان‌های برنامه‌نویسی مانند C# ،Python ،JavaScript.
- توانایی کار تیمی و برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر.
- توانایی حل مسئله و تحلیل.
Tebpardaz is looking for a software support expert to join our engineering and operation team in Tehran. The selected person performs the tasks related to the technical support of the software and helps in solving the technical problems of the users.
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical and technical support to the users of the software
- Defects Finding and solving problems related to the company's software
- Responding to users' requests and solving their technical problems
- Testing and evaluating software to ensure quality
- Cooperating with different teams to improve software performance
- Documentation and maintenance of software systems and processes
Competencies:
- Degree in computer and information technology
- Experience working with Sql Server
- Familiarity with Office software
- Mastery of network and hardware/operating system
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Ability to solve problems and analysis
