شرح شغل:

• انجام تنظیمات لازم در نرم‌افزار راهکاران با توجه به فرآیندهای طراحی شده و نیاز کاربران.
• شناسایی و تحلیل اشکالات و باگ‌های سیستم و پیگیری تیکت‌ها تا حصول اطمینان از رفع آن‌ها.
• ایجاد و بهبود فرم‌ها و گزارش‌های مورد نیاز همکاران در نرم‌افزار راهکاران.
• آموزش ماژول‌های نرم‌افزار راهکاران به همکاران مربوطه.
• تهیه مستندات آموزشی و ارائه آموزش‌های لازم در خصوص نحوه استفاده از نرم‌افزار به همکاران.
• ثبت و آرشیو مدارک، مدیریت دانش و مستندسازی استقرار سیستم ERP.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به ماژول‌های مختلف نرم‌افزار راهکاران.
• آشنایی با دیتابیس راهکاران.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم پایگاه داده.
• آشنایی با SQL Server.
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر با همکاران مختلف واحدهای سازمانی.
