• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی برق یا مهندسی مکانیک.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه پشتیبانی و نگهداری زیرساخت فیزیکی دیتاسنتر.
• حداکثر سن: 45 سال.
• آشنایی با استانداردهای مراکز داده و نشریات نظام فنی اجرایی کشور.
• آشنایی با روش‌های پشتیبانی و نگهداری.
• مسلط به سیستم الکتریکال مرکزداده.
• مسلط به سیستم مکانیکال مرکزداده و Passive.
• مسلط به عملکرد تجهیزات مراکزداده شامل: تابلوهای برق، UPS & BATTERY، دیزل ژنراتور، سیستم‌های سرمایشی Chilled Water & DX، سیستم اعلام و اطفای حریق (FM200).
• مسلط به اکسل، اتوکد و یکی از نرم‌افزارهای تخصصی در رشته مهندسی مربوطه و مرتبط با مرکز داده.

• کنترل و نظارت بر عملکرد کارشناسان مقیم شیفت.
• ایجاد هماهنگی ها در مراکز داده (تغییر شیفت‌ها و عملیات‌ها).
• هماهنگی، کنترل و نظارت بر عملکرد تیم‌های تخصصی و پیمانکاران بخش پشتیبانی.
• بررسی چک لیست‌های روزانه و گزارشات ماهانه و فصلی.
• پیگیری امور مرتبط در حوزه پشتیبانی (تعمیرات دستگاه‌ها و تأمین تجهیزات).
• تهیه دستورالعمل‌ها و نظارت بر اجرای آن‌ها.
• حضور در مواقع اضطراری، عملیات‌ها و مانورها (خارج از ساعات اداری).
• بازنگری و در صورت لزوم اصلاح PM PLAN و چک لیست‌ها.
• نظارت بر آماده‌سازی مستندات (گزارشات، تحلیل‌های دوره‌ای، Port Mapping، نقشه‌های As is).
• بررسی طرح‌ها و محاسبات جهت اقدامات اصلاحی و پیشگیرانه.
• انجام هماهنگی‌های لازم (کارفرما، ستادی، پیمانکار).
• درخواست، دریافت و نگهداری تجهیزات مورد نیاز.
• ساعت‌های کاری: از 7 صبح تا 4 عصر.
• هدف شغل: کنترل و نظارت بر عملکرد تیک پشتیبانی و نگهداری زیرساخت فیزیکی دیتاسنتر به صورتی که بدون وقفه سرویس‌دهی گردد.

Education requirements: Electrical or mechanical engineer Experience: at least 5 years in the field of data center physical infrastructure support and maintenance Maximum age: 45 years Working knowledge: Familiarity with data center standards, publications of the technical executive system of the country With support and maintenance methods, mastering the electrical system of the data center, mastering the mechanical system of the data center, and mastering the operation of the data center equipment including: electrical panels - UPS & BATTERY - diesel generator - Chilled water & DX cooling systems - Fire alarm and extinguishing system (FM200)
Software: AutoCAD, Excel and one of the specialized software in the relevant engineering field and related to the data center
Working hours: office hours (07:00 to 16:00)< br>Job objective: control and monitor the performance of the support tick and maintain the physical infrastructure of the data center so that it can be serviced without interruption.

Control and supervision of the performance of shift resident experts. Creation of coordination in data centers (change of shifts, operations). Coordination, control and supervision of the performance of specialized teams and contractors of the support department. Daily checklists - monthly and quarterly reports
. Follow up related issues in the support field (repairs of devices, supply of equipment)
. Preparation of instructions and supervision of their implementation
