Managing the marketing team to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.
Identify, develop, formulate and evaluate marketing strategies based on defined objectives and market characteristics.
Setting marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
Research and analyze market trends, demographics, competitor services and other relevant information to shape marketing strategies.
Planning and implementing processes for measuring conversion rates and improving them (CRO).
Planning and implementation of advertising processes in search engine results (SEM).
Planning and implementing website optimization processes for search engine results (SEO).
Plan, measure, measure the effectiveness of the performance of all digital campaigns and evaluate against objectives.
Developing an effective and coherent brand message.
Required skills
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking (data mining).
At least five years of management experience in the field of digital marketing.
Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices and content management platforms.

Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
Complete mastery of Marketing Plan writing.
Full familiarity with Marketing Retention Strategy and Brand Book.
Sufficient experience in social networks
