Administrative Expert
About Us
SIMUT is a leading medical equipment manufacturer at the edge of world's technology. We have a large factory in Mehrshahr, Karaj, and a team of over 100 highly skilled employees, most of whom have graduate degrees. Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the senior management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing presentations
- Communicate and interact with clients and customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain and organize office records and files
- Assist with developing and implementing administrative procedures and policies
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative department
Qualifications
- Full command of the English language
- Professional appearance
- Good manners and spirit of interaction with colleagues
- Punctual and regular
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or technical environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bonus Points
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with project management
- Fluency in multiple languages
