کارشناس بازرگانی کلیه فعالیت‌های مرتبط با واردات از مرحله اخذ پروفرما، ثبت سفارش، اخذ مجوزهای مورد نیاز، کلیه امور بانکی، ارتباط با شرکت‌های بازرسی و حمل‌ونقل تا ارائه اسناد را انجام می‌دهد و به تمامی قوانین گمرکی، بانکی و بازرگانی مربوط به بازرگانی خارجی اشراف و آگاهی دارد.

شرح شغل:

• پیگیری و انجام کلیۀ مراحل مربوط به امور تجاری و خریدهای خارجی از لحظه ثبت سفارش تا زمان ورود کالا به انبارهای کارخانه.
• انجام امور مربوط به ثبت سفارش، حمل‌ و نقل گمرکی، ترخیص کالا، بازرسی، فرآیندهای بانکی و تخصیص ارز.
• نظارت بر تهیه اسناد مانند فاکتورها، رسیدها، موافقت‌نامه‌های ضمانت و غیره.
• برقراری ارتباط بین بانک‌ها، تأمین‌کنندگان، انبارها، شرکت‌های حمل‌ و نقل و مشتریان.
• برنامه‌ریزی برای دستیابی به سیاست‌ها و اهداف شرکت.
• پیگیری حضوری کلیۀ امور در وزارتخانه‌های مرتبط، بانک مرکزی و وزارت صمت.
• سرعت بخشیدن به روند صادرات و واردات کالا.
• نظارت بر حمل‌ و نقل کالا مطابق مقررات.
• کنترل و نظارت بر نحوه خرید در چارچوب مقررات.
• تهیه و تنظیم مقررات قراردادها.
• محاسبه قیمت، وزن، تعرفه‌های گمرکی و حجم کالاهای صادراتی و وارداتی.
• مدیریت مجوز صادرات (NTSW).
