شرکت پردیس عصاره اولین پالایشگاه گیاهان دارویی در کشور است. محصولات این واحد فناور تولید و خالص‌سازی انواع عصاره‌ها و افزودنی‌های گیاهی فعال به عنوان ماده اولیه تولید دارو است. به همین منظور، به دنبال مدیری توانمند و با انگیزه هستیم که با رهبری و توسعه استراتژیک بتواند واحدهای پایین‌دستی پالایشگاه را راه‌اندازی (فرمولاسیون و تولید مکمل‌های گیاهی) و نوآوری هدایت کند.
شرح وظایف:
رهبری استراتژیک و برنامه‌ریزی توسعه کسب‌وکار:
- تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت برای افزایش سهم بازار و توسعه محصولات جدید.
- ارزیابی و بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای تولید و مدیریت منابع جهت افزایش بهره‌وری و کاهش هزینه‌ها.
- شناسایی فرصت‌های رشد در بازارهای داخلی و بین‌المللی و ایجاد برنامه‌های توسعه کسب‌وکار.
مدیریت و نظارت بر عملیات کارخانه:
- نظارت بر کلیه عملیات تولیدی و اطمینان از عملکرد بهینه خطوط تولید.
- هدایت و نظارت بر واحدهای تولید، کنترل کیفیت، تحقیق و توسعه، و منابع انسانی.
- ایجاد و تقویت فرآیندهای استاندارد و انطباق با مقررات و استانداردهای صنعتی (GMP، ISO، HACCP).
توسعه محصول و نوآوری:
- همکاری با تیم تحقیق و توسعه برای طراحی و توسعه محصولات جدید با توجه به نیاز بازار و روندهای جهانی.
- تشویق فرهنگ نوآوری در سازمان و به‌کارگیری راهکارهای خلاقانه برای بهبود محصولات و خدمات.
رهبری و توسعه تیم‌ها:
- مدیریت و هدایت تیم‌های مختلف کارخانه و ایجاد انگیزه و توانمندسازی در کارکنان.
- ارتقای سطح مهارت‌ها و توانایی‌های تیم از طریق برنامه‌های آموزشی و توسعه حرفه‌ای.
- ایجاد محیطی پویا و تیم‌محور که بر کیفیت، بهره‌وری و نوآوری تأکید دارد.
مدیریت مالی و بودجه‌ریزی:
- برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل بودجه، ارزیابی سودآوری و افزایش کارآیی مالی کارخانه.
- تجزیه و تحلیل هزینه‌ها و بهینه‌سازی منابع مالی برای رشد پایدار.
- ارائه گزارش‌های مالی و عملیاتی به هیئت مدیره و سهامداران.

شرایط احراز:
- تحصیلات: کارشناسی ارشد یا دکتری در رشته‌های مهندسی شیمی، مدیریت صنعتی یا بیوتکنولوژی.
- تجربه کاری: حداقل 15 سال سابقه در مدیریت ارشد کارخانه‌های تولیدی ترجیحاً در صنایع دارویی یا مکمل.
- مهارت‌های مدیریتی: توانایی تدوین استراتژی، مهارت‌های رهبری و توانایی حل مسئله در محیط‌های پیچیده.
- آشنایی با استانداردهای بین‌المللی کیفیت: تسلط بر استانداردهای ISO ،GMP ،HACCP.
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی و مالی: توانایی مدیریت منابع مالی و ارزیابی عملکرد اقتصادی همراه با مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی برای تعامل با هیئت مدیره، سهامداران و کارکنان.

About Company: Fardis Ezra company is the first medicinal plant refinery in the country. The products of this technology unit are the production and purification of various active plant extracts and additives as raw materials for drug production. For this purpose, we are looking for a capable and motivated manager who can start the downstream units of the refinery with leadership and strategic development. (formulation and production of herbal supplements) and lead innovation.
Description of duties:
1. Strategic leadership and business development planning: Formulation and implementation of short-term and long-term strategies to increase market share and develop new products. Evaluation and optimization of production processes and resource management to increase productivity and reduce costs. />• Identify growth opportunities in domestic and international markets and create business development plans.
2. Management and supervision of factory operations:
• Supervision of all production operations and ensuring the optimal performance of production lines.
• Directing and supervision of production units, quality control, research and development, and human resources.
/>• Creating and strengthening standard processes and compliance with regulations and industrial standards (GMP, ISO, HACCP).
3. Product development and innovation:
• Collaborating with the research and development team to design and develop new products according to market needs and global trends.
• Encouraging the culture of innovation in the organization and applying creative solutions to improve products and services. .
4. Leadership and development of teams:
• Managing and leading different factory teams and motivating and empowering employees.
• Improving the level of skills and abilities of the team through training and professional development programs.
• Creating an environment Dynamic and team-oriented that emphasizes quality, productivity and innovation.
5. Financial management and budgeting:
• Budget planning and control, evaluating profitability and increasing the financial efficiency of the factory.
• Analyzing costs and optimizing financial resources for sustainable growth.

Requirements and skills:
• Education: Master's degree or PhD in chemical engineering, industrial management or biotechnology.
• Work experience : At least 15 years of experience in the senior management of manufacturing plants, preferably in the pharmaceutical or supplement industries.
• Management skills: the ability to formulate strategy, leadership skills and the ability to solve problems in complex environments.
• Familiarity with international quality standards : mastery of ISO, GMP, HACCP standards.
• Communication and financial skills: ability to manage financial resources and evaluate economic performance, along with strong communication skills to interact with the board of directors, shareholders and employees.
