شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته حقوق (فارغ‌التحصیلی از دانشگاه‌های دولتی در اولویت است). 
• حداقل یک سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• حداکثر سن: 35 سال.
• آشنایی با مقررات و مبانی حقوق بیمه.
• تسلط نسبی بع نگارش متون حقوقی اعم از دادخواست، شکوائیه، لایحه و غیره.
• توانمندی جهت حضور موثر در جلسات رسیدگی متشکله در مراجع قضایی یا شبه قضایی به عنوان نماینده.
• مسئولیت‌پذیر.
• توجه بالا به جزئیات و دقیق.
• صبور در انجام امور.
• آشنایی با Word و Excel.
