کارشناس منابع انسانی | Human Resources Specialist

شرکت کیمیا پخش پارس کهن، به عنوان یکی از شرکت‌های زیرمجموعه گروه صنعتی طبیعت ماکان و فعال در صنعت پخش محصولات FMCG، از کارشناسان منابع انسانی دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید. در تیم منابع انسانی هلدینگ همواره در تلاش هستیم تا ضمن توسعه دانش و مهارت سرمایه‌های انسانی هلدینگ، به ویژه در واحد مدیریت سرمایه انسانی، سهم کوچکی در ارتقای سطح توانمندی جامعه منابع انسانی داشته باشیم و این امر محقق نمی‌شود مگر با وجود روحیه یادگیری و اعتقاد به اشتراک‌گذاری دانش و مهارت با دیگران.

مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

• انجام امور مربوط به عملیات منابع انسانی (قراردادهای و احکام پرسنلی، محاسبات و گزارش کارکرد و سامانه حضور و غیاب، بیمه تأمین اجتماعی و تکمیلی، ثبت اطلاعات در نرم‌افزارهای منابع انسانی و سامانه بیمه تأمین اجتماعی، بایگانی و صدور نامه‌های اداری درون و برون سازمانی).
• مشارکت در فرآیند جذب و استخدام (درج آگهی استخدامی، غربالگری رزومه، مصاحبه تلفنی و مصاحبه خروج).
• مشارکت در اجرای فرآیند آموزش.
• تهیه گزارشات تحلیلی.

• مأموریت: درون شهری و برون شهری بر حسب نیاز.

شرایط احراز:

شایستگی‌ها:

• مسلط به امور اداری و عملیات منابع انسانی
• مسلط به نرم‌افزار راهکاران و سیستم حضور و غیاب (ترجیحاً نرم‌افزار کسری)
• آشنایی با نحوه محاسبات ریالی کارکرد و قوانین کار و بیمه تأمین اجتماعی
• آشنایی با فرآیند جذب و استخدام، آموزش و توسعه
• توانایی کار با نرم‌افزار اکسل (فرمول‌نویسی و Pivotable)
• آشنایی با اصول مکاتبات اداری
• قدرت تجزیه‌وتحلیل بالا
• مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا
• روابط عمومی بالا
• قدرت پیگیری بالا
• توجه به جزئیات
• روحیه یادگیری

سایر:

• حداقل دو سال سابقه کاری مرتبط (در شرکت‌های پخش مزیت محسوب می‌شود).
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مدیریت گرایش صنعتی، بازرگانی، دولتی، مهندسی صنایع یا روان‌شناسی.
• حداکثر سن: 30 سال.
• دارای کارت پایان خدمت (معافیت دائم).

Human Resources Holding, especially in the human capital management unit, to have a small contribution in improving the level of human resource capability and this cannot be achieved unless there is a spirit of learning and belief in sharing knowledge and skills with others.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carrying out matters related to human resources operations (contracts and personnel orders, calculations and performance reports and attendance system, social security and supplementary insurance, information registration in human resources software and social security insurance system, archiving and issuing internal and external administrative letters,...)
- Participation in the process of recruiting and hiring (placement of employment advertisement, screening resume, telephone interview, exit interview)
- Participation in the implementation of the training process
- Preparation of analytical reports

Competencies:

- Mastery of administrative affairs and human resources operations
- Mastery of solutions software and attendance system (preferably fractional software)
- Familiarity with how to calculate real performance and labor laws and social security insurance
- Familiarity with recruitment and hiring process, training and development
- Ability to work with Excel software (formula writing, Pivotable)
- Familiarity With the principles of administrative correspondence

Qualification requirements: - At least 2 years of related work experience (it is considered an advantage in broadcasting companies) - At least bachelor's degree in management (industrial, commercial, government and other related fields), industries, psychology
