شرح شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی و سازماندهی فرآیندهای تولید با هدف بهینه‌سازی بهره‌وری.
• نظارت بر روند تولید و اطمینان از تطابق با معیارهای کیفیت و ایمنی.
• مدیریت و رهبری تیم‌های تولیدی برای دستیابی به اهداف سازمانی.
• تحلیل داده‌ها و گزارش‌های تولید برای شناسایی نقاط قابل بهبود.
• تصمیم‌گیری درباره تغییرات در فرآیندها و تجهیزاتی که منجر به بهبود عملکرد می‌شوند.
• استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای ERP و CMMS برای مدیریت کارآمد منابع و موجودی.
• هدایت تلاش‌های پیاده‌سازی نرم‌افزارهای ایمنی و بهداشت محیط (EHS) در تولید.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی صنایع غذایی.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی و تحلیل دقیق.
• قدرت تصمیم‌گیری و حل مسئله.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.
• توانایی مدیریت و رهبری تیم.
• آشنایی با نرم‌افزارهای تولیدی و تخمین هزینه.
• تجربه کار با نرم‌افزارهای CAM و ETO.

In Tohfe company located in Konark, the production manager is responsible for planning, monitoring and coordinating production activities. The main goal of this role is to increase the productivity and efficiency of production mechanisms and processes, along with maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing production processes with the aim of optimizing productivity. br>- Monitoring the production process and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
- Managing and leading production teams to achieve organizational goals
- Analyzing production data and reports to identify areas for improvement
- Making decisions about changes in processes and equipment that lead to improved performance
- Using ERP and CMMS software for efficient management of resources and inventory
- Directing efforts to implement environmental health and safety (EHS) software ) in production

Competencies:
- degree in food industry engineering
- ability to plan and analyze carefully
- decision making and problem solving
- strong communication skills
