If you're a go-getter who loves to solve problems, has top-notch communication skills, and a laser-sharp eye for details, you might be just the person we need!

You should have some experience working in an office, handling administrative tasks, and backing up managers. We're after someone who can fly solo without much supervision, stay super organized, and really enjoys tackling challenges.

Here's what we're looking for:

* 5+ years experience in teamwork with the pinch of experience in an administrative role. 
* Stellar written and verbal communication skills
* Scheduling ninja who can juggle business and personal calendars
* Ace at managing time and coordinating multiple projects at once
* Handy with office tools and quick to pick up new software
* Team player who's cool with change and not afraid to face challenges
* Knows how to keep company and employee info on the down-low
* A pro at following up and working independently
* Super detail-oriented
* Can rock multiple roles and knows how to prioritize
* Fluent in English to run International meetings 
* A reliable manager’s right-hand person

Benefit:
