شرح شغل:
- تهیه و به‌روزرسانی برنامه‌های زمان‌بندی و کنترل پروژه در استانداردهای مورد نیاز.
- پایش و ارزیابی عملکرد پروژه‌ها.
- نظارت بر برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت تخصیص منابع شرکت در پروژه.
- پیاده‌سازی و بهبود فرایندهای برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل هزینه‌ها، مدیریت پروژه‌ها، مدیریت تغییرات و ادعاهای پروژه.
- راهبری جلسات مذاکره منعقد با Clients ،Suppliers ،Vendors و مدیریت علمی و اصولی آن در حوزه مسئولیت.
- ماموریت کاری: دارد.
- فعالیت شرکت: حوزه ابزاردقیق.
- محدوده شرکت: تهران ـ پاسداران.
شرایط احراز:
- جنسیت مد نظر: آقا.
- حداقل ده سال سابقه مدیریت پروژه (با تمرکز بر تاسیسات در صنایع نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی).
- مهارت‌های بالا در فنون مذاکره.
- مسلط به مقوله‌های مدیریت پروژه مانند (Cash Flow و Cost Control) قراردادنویسی و امثالهم.
- مسلط به شرایط عمومی پیمان، حقوق پیمانکاران و سایر موارد مورد نیاز در این حوزه.
1- Preparing and updating project scheduling and control plans in required standards.
2- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of projects and mastering the compilation and presentation of management reports.
3- Monitoring the planning and management of the company's resource allocation in the project.
4- Implementation and improvement of planning and cost control processes, project management, change management and project claims.
5- Leading the negotiation meetings concluded with clients, suppliers, vendors and its scientific and principled management in the field of responsibility.
prerequisite
1- At least 10 years of project management experience (focusing on facilities in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries)
2- High skills in negotiation techniques
1- Mastery of project management categories such as (cash flow, cost control), contract writing and the like
2- Familiar with the general conditions of the contract, the rights of contractors and other matters required in this field
