مدیر تولید | Production Manager

شرح وظایف:

• برنامه‌ریزی، هدایت و نظارت بر کلیه فعالیت‌های تولیدی کارخانه.
• مدیریت تیم تولید و بهینه‌سازی عملکرد خطوط تولید.
• نظارت بر تولید با کیفیت و تضمین کیفیت.
• انطباق محصولات با استانداردهای فنی و الزامات مشتریان.
• همکاری نزدیک با واحدهای مهندسی، تضمین کیفیت، انبار، برنامه‌ریزی و فروش.
• پایش موجودی مواد اولیه و زمان‌بندی تولید بر اساس سفارش‌ها.
• پیاده‌سازی روش‌های بهبود مستمر، کاهش ضایعات و افزایش بهره‌وری.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی صنایع یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• حداقل 10 سال سابقه کار مدیریتی در واحد تولید صنایع خودروسازی یا قطعه‌سازی.
• آشنایی کامل با استاندارد IATF 16949 و الزامات آن در تولید قطعات خودرو.
• آشنایی با الزامات و استانداردهای فنی خودروسازان داخلی (OEMs) از جمله ایران‌خودرو، سایپا و سایر خودروسازان.
• مسلط به اصول کنترل کیفیت، مدیریت فرآیند تولید، 5S ،TPM و بهبود مستمر.
• توانایی مدیریت تیم، تصمیم‌گیری در شرایط بحرانی و حل مسئله.
• تسلط به نرم‌افزارهای Office و آشنایی با سیستم‌های ERP و همکاران مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Tasks:
• Planning, guiding and monitoring all factory production activities
• Managing the production and performance optimization of production lines
• Supervision of quality production and quality assurance
. Product standards with technical standards and customer requirements

Conditions:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industries or Related Fields
• At least 5 years of managerial work experience in the automotive industry production or segmentation
• Full familiarity with IATF 16949 and its requirements in automotive production and car production requirements. Automakers
• Mastery of Quality Control Principles, Production Process Management, 3S, TPM and Continuous Improvement
• Team Management Ability, Critical Criticism and Problem Solving
• Mastering Office Software and Getting acquainted with ERP systems and ERP systems is a advantage
