رئیس بازرسی فنی و کیفیت | Head of Technical and Quality Inspection

شرح شغل:

• سرپرستی تیم QC و برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر فعالیت‌های کنترل کیفیت پروژه‌ها.
• هماهنگی/انجام بازرسی‌های مورد نیاز پروژه‌‌های حفاری، EPC و سرمایه‌گذاری.
• عقد قرارداد و نظارت بر فعالیت‌های بازرسین Third Party.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با مفاهیم و فرآیندهای اجرای پروژه‌های نفت و گاز.
• شناخت کافی از متریال و تجهیزات صنعت نفت و پروژه‌های نفت و گاز.
• مسلط به روش‌ها و ابزارهای معمول بازرسی فنی کالا و تجهیزات.
• آشنایی موثر با استانداردهای API ،ASME/ANSI ،BS ،NACE ،ASTM.
• آشنایی کامل با استانداردهای مدیریت کیفیت شامل ISO 9001 و ISO 29001.
• تجربه مناسب در عقد قرارداد و نظارت بر فعالیت‌‌های بازرسین Third Party.
• گذراندن دوره‌های تخصصی بازرسی (جوش، NDT، ساخت مخازن، رنگ).
• آشنایی با روش‌های تست و بازرسی فلزات و آلیاژهای خاص.
• مسلط به اصول نمونه‌برداری مواد، قطعات و محصولات.
• مهارت در ارتباطات و فنون مذاکره.
• مسئولیت‌پذیر و پیگیر امور تا حصول نتیجه.
• مهارت سازمان‌دهی تیم و برنامه‌ریزی فعالیت‌ها.
• تفکر منطقی، توان حل مسئله و ارائه راهکارهای مؤثر.
• مهارت مربی‌گری جهت بالا بردن توان علمی و اجرایی اعضای تیم.

Features and Conditions:

Introduction to the Concepts and Processes of Oil and Gas Projects

Sufficient knowledge of the materials and equipment of the oil and project industry Oil and Gas

Mastery of the usual technical inspection methods and equipment

Effective familiarity with API, ASME/ANSI, BS, Nace, ASTM, ...

Full familiarity with quality management standards including ISO 9001 and ISO 29001

appropriate experience in contracting and monitoring the activities of the Inspector Third Party

Specialized inspection courses (welding, NDT, tank manufacturing, color, ...)

Introduction to Testing and Inspection Methods of Metals and Special Alloys

Sampling Principles of Materials, Parts and Products

Skills in Communication and Techniques of negotiation

responsible and pursuing affairs until the result
