• آشنایی با کامپیوتر و استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مربوطه.
• آشنایی با مقررات و دستورالعمل‌های مربوط به واردات و صادرات و بیمه.
• آشنایی با کلیه اسناد و فرم‌های متداول و مورد استفاده در امور بازرگانی.
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی.
• مسلط به دریافت مجوزهای مربوطه از سازمان تنظیم مقررات و ارتباطات رادیویی (CRA).

• دریافت مدارک مربوط به ثبت سفارش، مجوز خرید و ترخیص مخابرات.
• ثبت گارانتی کالا از طریق در خواست از سامانه جامع تجاری.
• پیگیری موارد خرید بر مبنای تحویل به موقع، منطبق بر سفارش خرید و شرایط و مشخصات فنی بر مبنای قرارداد‌های منعقده با تامین‌کنندگان.
• تایید اسناد سفارش خرید، درخواست واردات و گواهی تحویل.
• هماهنگی با قسمت مالی در خصوص پرداخت صورت وضعیت‌های تامین‌کنندگان و اعتبارات اسنادی خرید.
• گشایش اعتبار، رفع تعهدات ارزی، عقد قرارداد و ثبت سفارشات.
• تهیه پیش‌نویس مکاتبات خارجی بازرگانی.
• پیش‌بینی و برنامه‌ریزی مراحل واردات از گشایش اعتبار تا حمل و ترخیص.
• اظهار واردات و صادرات کالا در سامانهEPL گمرک (نظارت بر ترخیص کار).
• ارتباط مدوام با بانک و پیگیری امور بانکی مربوط به ثبت سفارش.
• مکاتبه با صرافی و بررسی نرخ ارز مورد نیاز برای خرید کالا.
• تنظیم پروفرما و انجام مراحل ثبت سفارش، دریافت مشخصات بارنامه، و پکینگ لیست.
• چک کردن رسیدن بار و دریافت قبض انبار، دریافت IMEI کالا برای اظهار گمرکی.
• آماده کردن مستندات بانک، دریافت گواهی بازرسی و بیمه‌نامه برای هر پارت رسیده.
• تهیه اظهارنامه گمرکی جهت ارائه شرکت.
• ثبت مجوز ترخیص مخابرات، کنترل و ثبت ورود خروج پته (بار تخصیصی از گمرگ) و ثبت ترخیصیه در سیستم، اظهار منشا ارز جهت دریافت کد منشا ارز بانک برای تخصیص کالا و فعال‌سازی شناسه بار ترخیصی در سامانه همتا و ثبت در سامانه افق.
• پیگیری نمونه مخابرات و آماده کردن نامه‌ها و فرم‌های مخصوص هر صرافی و پیگیری فاکتورهای صرافی برای واحد مالی.
