شرکت دلتا ارتباطات ایرانیان جهت اجرای پروژه NPI-NPM احتیاج به 7 مهندس با تجربه و حداقل 3 ساله تجربه در بهینه سازی LTE در تهران دارد افراد باید به زبان انگلیسی مسلط باشند،
1) Understand the NE scope, KPI, pre-warning threshold, and problem escalation process required by the project, and the Cell/Cluster/network-level OSS KPI report type, time granularity, and report template.
2) Monitors the KPIs and resource capacity indicators of E2E NEs required by the project team, performs routine monitoring every day, identifies unfulfilled KPIs and their impact scope (based on the KPI warning thresholds required by the project), preliminarily filters and determines the problems, and provides warnings and upgrades in a timely manner.
