• مدرک کارشناسی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک ـ ساخت و تولید.
• حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• سابقه مسئولیت و سرپرستی حداقل بیست نفر از کارکنان تولید.
• آشنایی با تولید.
• روحیه کار تیمی.
• منظم و مسئولیت پذیر.
• آشنایی با ورد و اکسل.
• روابط عمومی بالا.

• دارای سلامت جسمانی کامل.
