شرح شغل:

• برنامه‌ریزی ونظارت بر تولید: اطمینان از تولید به موقع و با کیفیت محصولات.
• مدیریت کارکنان: هدایت و آموزش کارکنان، ارزیابی عملکرد و ایجاد انگیزه در تیم.
• کنترل کیفیت : نظارت بر فرآیندهای کنترل کیفیت و اطمینان از رعایت استانداردها.
• مدیریت منابع مالی: بودجه‌بندی، کنترل هزینه‌ها و بهینه‌سازی منابع مالی.
• ارتباط با تامین کنندگان و مشتریان: مدیریت روابط با تامین‌کنندگان و مشتریان برای اطمینان از تامین مواد اولیه و رضایت مشتری.
• بهبود فرآیندها : شناسایی و اجرای فرصت‌های بهبود در فرآیندهای تولید و عملیاتی.
• رعایت مقررات ایمنی و بهداشتی: اطمینان از رعایت تمامی مقررات ایمنی و بهداشت در محیط کار.
• گزارش‌دهی به مدیریت ارشد: ارائه گزارش‌های منظم به مدیریت ارشد درباره عملکرد کارخانه و پیشنهادات برای بهبود.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری: حداقل پنج سال سابقه کار در مدیریت تولید یا مدیریت کارخانه به ویژه در صنعت سیم و کابل.
• تحصیلات: مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی برق، مهندسی مکانیک یا رشته‌های مرتبط.
• مهارت‌های فنی: آشنایی با ماشین‌آلات و تجهیزات صنعتی مرتبط با تولید سیم و کابل و هم چنین آشنایی با مواد خام مورد استفاده در خط تولید.
• مهارت‌های مدیریتی: توانایی مدیریت و هدایت تیم‌های کاری، برنامه‌ریزی و زمان‌بندی تولید و ارزیابی عملکرد کارکنان.
• آشنایی با استانداردها: تسلط به الزامات از جمله ISO9001:2015.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی : توانایی برقراری ارتباط موثر با تامین‌کنندگان، مشتریان و سایر بخش‌های شرکت.

Kabul Kerman Industries (KCI) is seeking to recruit and hire an experienced factory manager to manage and control production processes. The location of this job position is Kerman.
Responsibilities:
1- Production planning and supervision: ensuring the timely and quality production of products.
2- Staff management: directing and training staff, evaluating performance and motivating the team.
3- Quality control: monitoring quality control processes and ensuring compliance with standards.
4- Management of financial resources: budgeting, cost control and optimization of financial resources.
5- Communication with suppliers and customers: managing relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure the supply of raw materials and customer satisfaction.
6- Improving processes: identifying and implementing improvement opportunities in production and operational processes.
7- Compliance with health and safety regulations: Ensuring compliance with all safety and health regulations in the workplace.
8- Reporting to senior management: Providing regular reports to senior management about factory performance and suggestions for improvement.
Qualifications:
1- Work experience: at least 5 years of work experience in production management or factory management, especially in the wire and cable industry.
2- Education: degree in industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields.
3- Technical skills: Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment related to wire and cable production, as well as familiarity with raw materials used in the production line.
4- Management skills: the ability to manage and lead work teams, plan and schedule production and evaluate employee performance.
5- Familiarity with standards: mastering the requirements, including ISO9001:2015
6- Communication skills: the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers and other departments of the company.
