وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:
✔ تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های رشد و توسعه کسب‌وکار برای بهبود جایگاه برند
✔ تحلیل بازار، رقبا و ترندهای جدید برای ارائه راهکارهای استراتژیک
✔ همکاری با تیم‌های بازاریابی، فروش و محصول برای هماهنگ‌سازی استراتژی‌ها
✔ ایجاد و بهینه‌سازی KPIها و شاخص‌های عملکردی برای ارزیابی استراتژی‌ها
✔ مدیریت بودجه‌های استراتژیک و ارائه راهکارهای بهینه برای افزایش ROI
✔ تدوین مدل‌های پیش‌بینی و تحلیل داده‌ها برای تصمیم‌گیری دقیق‌تر
✔ مشارکت در برنامه‌ریزی کوتاه‌مدت و بلندمدت شرکت
شرایط احراز:
✅ تحصیلات: کارشناسی یا ارشد در مدیریت کسب‌وکار (MBA)، بازاریابی، اقتصاد، مهندسی صنایع یا رشته‌های مرتبط
✅ تجربه کاری: حداقل 5 سال سابقه کار در حوزه استراتژی، تحلیل کسب‌وکار یا مدیریت برند
✅ مهارت‌ها:
• مهارت بالا در تحلیل داده و تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر داده
• توانایی مدیریت پروژه و هدایت تیم‌های چند‌تخصصی
