سرپرست نصب | Installation Supervisor

شرح شغل:

• اجرای کلیه دستورالعمل‌ها و ابلاغیه‌های اعلام شده توسط سرپرست دستگاه نظارت مقیم.
• شرکت در جلسات روزانه کارگاهی بر حسب ضرورت اعلام شده توسط سرپرست دستگاه نظارت مقیم.
• مطالعه نقشه‌ها و مدارکی که مورد تأیید نهایی قرار گرفته است و بررسی کلیه نکات اجرایی قبل از شروع عملیات اجرایی توسط پیمانکاران.
• پیگیری و کنترل عملیات پیش نیاز قبل از اجرا، و امضای فرم مجوز شروع عملیات و کنترل کیفیت و ارائه به سرپرست دستگاه نظارت.
• بررسی صورت‌مجالس انجام کار و مطابقت آن با عملیات اجرایی انجام شده، تأیید و یا اعلام اشکالات به سرپرست دستگاه نظارت مقیم به منظور اصلاح توسط پیمانکاران.
• اعلام گزارش عملکرد واقعی پیمانکاران در جبهه‌های نصب به سرپرست دستگاه نظارت مقیم و یا کنترل پروژه حسب ضرورت و به منظور مطابقت با برنامه تفصیلی و اجرایی کارگاهی و تهیه گزارشات مربوطه.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی مکانیک، مهندسی متالورژی یا مهندسی برق.
• حداقل ده سال تجربه در سایت‌های صنعتی ترجیحاً واحدهای احیای مستقیم
• آشنایی کامل با مراحل اجرایی کار و استانداردهای مربوطه.
• آشنایی کامل با نقشه‌های اجرایی نصب و نظارت فنی آن.
• آشنایی کامل با دستورالعمل‌های نصب.
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی.
• اطلاع کامل از رویه نظارت بر فعالیت‌های نصب و ساختمان و اجرا، ایجاد و نگهداری سوابق بر حسب نیاز.

Mechanical / metallurgical / electrical engineer
with 10 years of experience in industrial sites, preferably direct regeneration units
Full familiarity with the work execution steps and related standards, full familiarity with installation plans and its technical supervision, full familiarity with Installation instructions and familiarity with the English language
Complete knowledge of the procedure for monitoring installation and construction activities and implementation, creating and maintaining records as needed
Executing all instructions and notices announced by the head of the resident monitoring system
Participating in daily workshop meetings as necessary announced by the head of the resident monitoring system
Study of plans and documents that have been finally approved and checking all implementation points before the start of implementation operations by contractors
Follow-up and control of operations Pre-requisites before implementation, and signing the authorization form to start operation and quality control and submit it to the head of the monitoring body
check the minutes of the work and its compliance with the performed operations, confirm or notify the head of the resident monitoring body for correction by the contractors
announcing the report of the actual performance of the contractors in the installation fronts to the supervisor of the resident supervision or project control as necessary and in order to comply with the detailed and executive plan of the workshop and prepare relevant reports
