Duties
- Guarantee the quality of assortment according to the different customer profits
- Meet with new suppliers
- Negotiation with existing suppliers
- Generate assortment action plan
- Ensure that analytical tools are used in assortment management by merchandiser and their category manager
- Analyze market and delivery system to assess present and future material availability, raise possible opportunities and threats and recommend areas of improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in merchandising business, economics or equivalent.
- Knowledge of local laws, regulation and rules
- Very good negotiation skills
- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices
- good analytical skills of financial data
- preferred language: English
- 3 or 5 years professional experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in FMCG or retail sales
