سرپرست تولید | Production Supervisor

• آشنایی کامل با علم داروسازی و مواد اولیه مصرفی و تجهیزات مورد نیاز در ساخت اشکال دارو.
• آشنایی کامل با استانداردهای ملی و جهانی و دستورالعمل‌های سازمان‌های کنترل‌کننده در تدارک و نگهداری مواد اولیه و محصولات.
• آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی در حد مورد نیاز.توانایی و مهارت در بررسی کارشناسانه در زمینه اجرای دستورالعمل‌ها و شناسایی انحرافات.
• توانایی هماهنگ کردن عوامل اجرایی در تولید.
• آشنایی با مسائل ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه‌ای و صنعتی.
• آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات زیست‌محیطی در جمع‌آوری و انبارش ضایعات.

• مدیر مستقیم: مدیر تولید.
• مدت قرارداد آزمایشی: 2 ماه.
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 7 تا 16.

وظایف:

• تعیین اهداف روزانه، هفتگی و ماهانه و اطلاع رسانی آن‌ها به کارکنان.
• مدیریت گردش کار با تقسیم وظایف بین اعضای تیم تولید.
• راهنمایی و آموزش کارکنان.سنجش عملکرد کارکنان خط تولید.
• نظارت بر استفاده صحیح و ایمن از تجهیزات.
• سنجش بازدهی تولید و اطمینان از درست بودن اعداد و آمار ارائه شده.
• تدوین گزارش عملکرد و پیشرفت خط تولید و ارائه آن به مدیران ارشد.
• ارائه پیشنهاد برای بهینه‌سازی عملکرد کارکنان و خطوط تولید.
• بررسی و یادگیری روش کار با تجهیزات جدید.
• اطمینان از اینکه کارمندان با استانداردها و نکات ایمنی تعیین شده در سازمان آشنا هستند و آن‌ها را اجرا می‌کنند.
• همکاری با سرپرست‌ها و مدیرهای سایر بخش‌ها برای انجام هماهنگی‌های لازم.

Complete familiarity with the science of pharmaceuticals and the raw materials used and the equipment needed in the manufacture of drug forms. Complete familiarity with national and international standards and the instructions of controlling organizations in the procurement and maintenance of raw materials and products. Familiarity with the English language as required. Ability and skill in expert review in the field of implementing instructions and identifying deviations. Ability to coordinate executive factors in production. Familiarity with occupational and industrial health and safety issues. Familiarity with environmental laws and regulations in waste collection and storage.

Direct manager: production manager. Duration of trial contract: 2 months. Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday from 7 to 16. Duties:
Determining daily, weekly and monthly goals and communicating them to employees. Workflow management by dividing the tasks between the members of the production team, guiding and training the employees, measuring the performance of the production line employees, monitoring the correct and safe use of the equipment, measuring the production efficiency and ensuring the correctness of the numbers and statistics provided, preparing the performance report and the progress of the production line and Presenting it to senior managers. Providing suggestions to optimize the performance of employees and production lines. Checking and learning how to work with new equipment. Ensuring that employees are familiar with the standards and safety points set in the organization and implement them. Cooperation with supervisors and managers of other departments to make the necessary arrangements.
