مدیر مالی | Financial Manager

شرح وظایف:

• برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر اجرای استانداردهای مالی در حسابداری.
• تهیه صورت‌حساب‌های مالی، گزارش فعالیت‌های تجاری و ارائه پیش‌بینی مالی.
• برنامه‌ریزی و ایجاد ارتباط موثر با بنک به منظور ارتقای تعاملات و دریافت تسهیلات مورد نیاز سازمان.
• نظارت بر عملکرد حسابدارها و کمک حسابدارها.
• برنامه‌ریزی، تدوین و اجرای فرمولاسیون بها تمام شده و شیوه قیمت‌گذاری کلیه محصولات.
• نظارت بر جزبه‌جز مسائل مالی و قانونی سازمان و حضور در جلسات قانونی (بیمه و مالیات).
• ارائه راهکارهای مدیریت هزینه و بهینه‌سازی مجموعه از نظر مالی.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل صورت‌های مالی به منظور یافت فرصت‌های توسعه.
• کمک به مدیریت در تصمیمات مالی و ارائه راهکارهای لازم.
• پیش‌بینی روند حرکت مالی مجموعه و برنامه‌ریزی جهت تامین مالی.
• بررسی و همکاری در امکان‌سنجی طرح‌های توسعه.
• تهیه و تنظیم و تائید تراز مالی سالیانه.
• تدوین دستورالعمل‌ها، فرایندها و استانداردهای مالی.
• برنامه‌ریزی به منظور انجام حسابرسی سالیانه.
• همکاری در تهیه و تدوین برنامه و بودجه سالیانه و صورت‌های مالی.
• تدوین گزارش‌های هزینه/فرصت، بها تمام شده و تحلیل و تحویل آن به مدیرعامل.
• شناسایی، کنترل و نگهداری دارایی‌های مجموعه.
• تحلیل و مدیریت ریسک کسب‌وکار مجموعه و ارائه راهکار‌های بهبود.
• ارتباط گیری با شرکت نرم‌افزار حسابداری و پیگیری امور مربوط به توسعه نرم‌افزار مالی.
• نظارت بر انجام امور اداری سازمان اعم از پرسنلی، حقوق و قراردادها، کارشناس اداری و ارتباط با سازمان‌های مالی مربوطه.

شرایط احراز:

• حداقل پنج سال سابقه مدیریتی در گروه شغلی مشابه.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته حسابداری.

مهارت‌ها:

• مسلط به فرآیندهای حسابداری واحدهای تولیدی و بازرگانی و حسابداری صنعتی.
• مسلط به گزارشات مدیریتی و گزارشات انبار.
• مسلط به نرم افزار راهکاران و سپیدار سیستم.
• آشنایی با استانداردهای حسابداری و بها ی تمام شده.
• آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات مالی و حسابداری.
• آشنایی با قوانین مالیاتی، بیمه و قانون کار.

Description of duties
• Planning and monitoring the implementation of financial standards in accounting
• Preparing financial statements, reporting business activities and providing financial forecasts
• Planning and establishing effective communication with the bank in order to Promoting interactions and finding facilities needed by the organization
• Monitoring the performance of accountants and helping accountants
• Planning, compiling and implementing cost price formulations and pricing methods for all products Apart from financial and legal issues of the organization and attendance at legal meetings (insurance and tax, etc.) development projects • helping management in financial decisions and providing necessary solutions • predicting the financial movement of the group and planning for financing • reviewing and cooperating in the feasibility of development plans • preparing and setting and approving the annual financial balance
• Development of guidelines, processes and financial standards
• Planning for annual audits
• Cooperation in preparation and compilation of the annual plan and budget and financial statements < Compilation of cost/opportunity reports, cost price and analysis and delivery to the managing director • Identification, control and maintenance of the group's assets • Analysis and management of the group's business risk and providing solutions Improvement
• Communicating with the accounting software company and following up on matters related to financial software development
• Monitoring the administrative affairs of the organization, including personnel, rights and contracts, administrative expert and communication with relevant financial organizations

Skills:
• Mastery of the accounting processes of production and commercial units and industrial accounting
• Mastery of management reports and warehouse reports
• Mastery of the software of Retajlan and Sepidar System
• Familiarity with accounting standards and cost price
• Familiarity with financial and accounting laws and regulations
• Familiarity with tax laws, insurance and labor law In the similar job group
education related to the job position at least Bachelor of Accounting
