The CEO's assistant plays a key role in supporting the CEO's daily activities in Yojim Group of Sports Companies. This job is located in Tehran and includes management and coordination of administrative and clerical duties. In this position, the person works closely with internal and external teams to ensure that programs are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating meetings and appointments. Managing Director

Qualifications:
- Higher education degree in Management, administrative and commercial affairs
- At least three years of work experience
Age range: 27 to 40 years

- Strong skills in planning and organization
- Ability to communicate effectively with deputies, managers and other colleagues
- Good skills in using office software
- Ability to collect information and process and write reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
