وظایف و مسئولیت‌های اصلی:

• پایش و مانیتورینگ شاخص‌های کلیدی واحدهای اجرایی مجتمع (KPI و KRI)، میزان تحقق اهداف کمی و کیفی، گزارش پیشرفت پروژه‌های بهبود.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش تحلیلی از بهره ‌وری و اثربخشی مجتمع و عملکرد واحدها.
• تدوین ‌به هنگام و به‌روزرسانی برنامه ‌زمانی ایام خاموشی‌‌ها (مشتمل بر زمان‌بندی، تعیین تیم‌های کاری، تعیین فعالیت‌های قابل انجام و الزامات مورد نیاز).
• پیگیری تهیه گزارش تحقق برنامه خاموشی و گزارش‌های تفصیلی از فعالیت‌های اجرایی و علل عدم تحقق برنامه SAP.
• هماهنگی‌ برگزاری جلسه‌های مرتبط با واحد برنامه‌ریزی و تدوین صورتجلسه و ابلاغ مصوبه‌ها به واحدهای اجرایی و پیگیری وضعیت اجرای مصوبه‌ها و تهیه و ارائه گزارش دوره‌ای از وضعیت اجرای مصوبه‌ها.
• تدوین و به‌روزرسانی برنامه بودجه سالانه.
• ارائه طرح‌های بهبود جهت کاهش هزینه‌ها و افزایش راندمان، افزایش ظرفیت بهره برداری، استفاده بهینه از امکانات موجود.
• بررسی و امکان‌سنجی فنی و اقتصادی و تدوین WBS برنامه‌های بهبود.
• تدوین طرح تغییر برای بهبودهای مصوب و برنامه‌ریزی تغییر در قالب نظام مدیریت پروژه (اهداف، زمان‌بندی، تخصیص منابع، برآورد هزینه، مدیریت ریسک، مدیریت تغییر، نظارت و گزارش‌دهی).
• پایش و مانیتورینگ وضعیت اجرا و پیشرفت برنامه‌های بهبود و تهیه و تدوین و ارائه گزارش.
• ثبت قرارداد، تعریف پروژه، صدور PR، ثبت فعالیت های اجرایی (WBS) و پروژه‌های توسعه و بهبود.
• تدوین گزارش پیشرفت پروژه‌های توسعه و ثبت اطلاعات در سیستم SAP.
• گردآوری و تجمیع گزارشات تحلیلی تحقق اهداف و شاخص‌های نتایج و کلیدی عملکرد واحدهای اجرایی.
• تهیه و تدوین و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای پروژه‌های توسعه و بهبود، گزارش عملکرد ماهانه و سالانه، گزارش پایش شاخص‌های کلید عملکرد.

حداقل شرایط احراز صلاحیت:

• آشنایی با کار با SAP و ERP مزیت محسوب می‌گردد.
• ذهن جستجوگر و خلاق و حافظه خوب.
• فردی پیگیر و قابل اعتماد.
• دارای سعه صدر و مدیریت استرس در مواقع اضطراری.
• تطابق‌پذیر و کلی‌نگر.
• متعهد و مسئولیت‌پذیر.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• مدرک کارشناسی یا کارشناسی ارشد در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع، مهندسی کامپیوتر (نرم‌افزار) یا هوش مصنوعی.
• مسلط به زبان انگلیسی: جهت مطالعه اسناد فنی و برنامه نویسی (مسلط به مطالعه و مکاتبه).

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Minimum qualification requirements
- Familiarity and working with SAP, ERP software is considered an advantage.
