Job Description and Duties
Controlling and managing organizational projects.
Coordinating, tracking, monitoring and reporting the progress of projects.
Identifying and analyzing the formulation, monitoring and improvement of organizational processes.
Application of process analysis methods. Designing forms and compiling necessary organizational instructions in order to implement work processes. Preparation and presentation of descriptive and analytical management reports. Documentation and preparation of management reports.
Required skills and capabilities
Ability to identify, model and redesign business processes.
Familiar with OKR concepts and help to implement it in the organization.
Skill in using Microsoft software. Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Active and persistent spirit to carry out team activities.
Attention to details to examine relationships between data and processes.
