Facilitating Scrum Events: You organize and facilitate Scrum events such as the Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives. This involves ensuring that these meetings stay focused, productive, and time-bound.

Removing Obstacles: Your role includes identifying and helping to remove impediments or obstacles that are preventing the team from achieving their goals or completing their work during the sprint.

Coaching the Team: You coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles and practices. This might involve educating them on the framework, helping them understand their roles and responsibilities, and guiding them on how to self-organize and cross-collaborate effectively.

Protecting the Team: You shield the team from external interference or distractions, allowing them to focus on delivering high-quality products. This could involve negotiating with stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring the team's working environment is conducive to productivity.

Monitoring Progress: You monitor the team's progress towards their sprint goals and ensure that they are on track to deliver the committed work. This involves tracking metrics such as burndown charts, velocity, and other relevant indicators.

Promoting Agile Best Practices: You promote continuous improvement by encouraging the team to reflect on their processes and adapt them accordingly. This includes fostering a culture of openness, experimentation, and learning from both successes and failures.

Facilitating Communication: You facilitate communication within the team as well as between the team and external parties. This could involve ensuring that information flows smoothly, encouraging transparency, and promoting effective collaboration.

Supporting Product Owner: While the Product Owner is responsible for managing the product backlog, you support them by helping to prioritize tasks, manage dependencies, and ensure the backlog is refined and ready for upcoming sprints.

Ensuring Agile Adoption: You work with other Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to help the organization embrace Agile principles and practices. This might involve training sessions, workshops, or mentoring others who are new to Agile.

Continuous Learning: Finally, you continuously learn and improve your own understanding of Agile and Scrum practices. This might involve pursuing certifications, attending conferences, or participating in Agile communities to stay updated with industry best practices.
Working condition:
From Sunday to Thursday 9:00 to 18:00
On site but afrer one month you can be remoted 2 days a week
