شرح شغل:

• بررسی و تهیه قراردادها مطابق با الزامات قانونی و سیاست‌های شرکت.
• مدیریت فرآیند مذاکره برای قراردادهای جدید و فعلی.
• مشاوره حقوقی به تیم‌های داخلی در مورد مسائل قراردادی.
• نظارت بر اجرای قراردادها و اطمینان از پیروی از شرایط تعیین شده.
• شناسایی و مدیریت ریسک‌های حقوقی ناشی از قراردادها.
• به‌روزرسانی و نگه‌داری سوابق و مستندسازی قراردادها.
• بررسی اختلاف‌های قراردادی با تامین‌کنندگان.
• تهیه متون قراردادهای تیپ متناسب با نیاز شرکت.
• تنظیم پیش‌نویس قراردادها و الحاقیه‌ها در خصوص فعالیت‌های تجاری و امور جاری شرکت.
• انجام مذاکرات قراردادی با ذی‌نفعان داخلی سازمان و طرف مقابل قرارداد در راستای پیشبرد اهداف شرکت.

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک کارشناسی یا بالاتر در رشته حقوق.
• تجربه کاری مرتبط در مدیریت قراردادها و در صنایع مشابه (FMCG).
• توانایی قوی در مذاکره و حل مسائل پیچیده.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی نوشتاری و کلامی عالی.

The contract manager at Sheila chain restaurants is responsible for monitoring and managing commercial contracts with the aim of ensuring their compliance with the company's rules and policies. This role is based in Sheila's head office.

Responsibilities:
- Review and prepare contracts in accordance with legal requirements and company policies
- Manage the negotiation process for new and existing contracts
- Legal advice to internal teams on contractual issues
- Monitoring the implementation of contracts and ensuring compliance with the set conditions
- Identifying and managing legal risks arising from contracts
- Updating and maintaining records and Documentation of contracts
- Examining contractual disputes with suppliers
- Preparation of contract texts according to the needs of the company
- Drafting of contracts and addenda regarding the business activities and current affairs of the company
- Carrying out Contractual negotiations with the internal stakeholders of the organization and the counterparty of the contract in line with the advancement of the company's goals

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of law
- Relevant work experience in contract management and in similar industries (FMCG)
- Strong ability to negotiate and solve complex issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
