شرح شغل:

• ثبت درخواست‌های پرداخت در نرم‌افزار و پیگیری کلیه امور مربوطه.
• تهیه اسناد حمل از جمله اینویس، پکینگ لیست و ارسال به ارگان‌های مربوطه.
• پیگیری امور مربوط به ترخیص کالا و ارتباط با سازمان‌های مربوطه.
• پیگیری و انجام رفع تعهدات ارزی.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی با اصول و قواعد بانکداری مرتبط با بازرگانی.
• مسلط به نحوه ثبت سفارش و قوانین و تعرفه‌های گمرکی.
• مسلط به قوانین اینکوترمز و لجستیک.
• مسلط به نحوه ثبت سفارش و قوانین و تعرفه‌های گمرکی.
• مهارت‌های اصول و فنون مذاکره.
• مهارت‌های هماهنگی و پیگیری.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی.
• توانایی انجام کار گروهی.
