Responsibilities:
- Design visually stunning graphics for the website, social media, and marketing campaigns
- Create compelling visuals for product packaging, banners, newsletters, and advertisements
- Lead and oversee the creative design process from concept to final execution
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative designs that align with brand guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic design, digital marketing, and the beauty industry
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers
- Ensure all visuals are optimized for web and mobile platforms
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across multiple mediums (print, digital, etc.)
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining visual identity and branding
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in leading design projects and managing design teams is a plus
