شرح شغل:
- ارائه مشاوره حقوقی به مدیریت و بخش‌های مختلف شرکت.
- تنظیم و بررسی کلیه قراردادها، لوایح، شکوائیه و درخواست های حقوقی.
- تنظیم اسناد قانونی شرکت و انجام کارهای مربوط به ثبت، انحلال و یا تغییر ساختار شرکت.
- پیگیری و نمایندگی شرکت در دعاوی حقوقی، کیفری، اداری و مذاکرات حقوقی.
- اطمینان از تطابق فعالیت‌های شرکت با قوانین و مقررات محلی و بین‌المللی.
- مدیریت مشاوره‌ها و تحلیل‌های حقوقی مربوط به پروژه‌های شرکت.
- حفظ روابط مؤثر با نهادهای قانونی و حقوقی.
شرایط احراز:
- توانایی در نگارش و بررسی اسناد حقوقی.
- مسلط به قوانین و مقررات امور حقوقی.
- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته حقوق.
- تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی.
- تجربه حرفه‌ای مرتبط در مشاوره حقوقی.
- آشنایی با قوانین و مقررات مربوط به صنعت نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی.
- توانایی تحلیل و حل مسائل پیچیده حقوقی.
- مهارت‌های بین‌فردی و ارتباطی قوی.
- مهارت‌های مستند‌سازی و گزارش‌نویسی دقیق.
- درجه بالایی از اخلاق حرفه‌ای و امانتداری.

Responsibilities:
- Mastering the laws and regulations of legal affairs
- Providing legal advice to the management and different departments of the company
- Drafting and review of all contracts, bills, complaints and legal requests
- Drafting the company's legal documents and carrying out work related to registration, liquidation or changing the company's structure
- Follow-up and representation of the company in legal, criminal lawsuits, Administrative and legal negotiations
- Ensuring compliance of the company's activities with local and international laws and regulations
- Management of legal consultations and analyzes related to the company's projects
- Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with legal institutions and legal
- Ability to write and review legal documents.
Qualifications:
- Having a degree in law
- Full command of English language
- Experience Relevant professional in legal consulting
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to oil, gas and petrochemical industry
- Ability to analyze and solve complex legal issues
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess Accurate documentation and reporting skills
- Having a high degree of professional ethics and trustworthiness
