شرح شغل:

• تجزیه و تحلیل فرآیندهای کسب‌وکار به منظور شناسایی نقاط ضعف و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود.
• همکاری با تیم‌ها و بخش‌های مختلف برای جمع‌آوری و مستندسازی نیازمندی‌های کسب‌وکار.
• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی داشبوردها و گزارش‌های تحلیلی با استفاده از Power BI.
• ارائه توصیه‌های استراتژیک به مدیران عالی‌رتبه برای بهینه‌سازی عملکرد سازمان.
• ایجاد مستندات پروژه و گزارش‌های مدیریتی دقیق و قابل اطمینان.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری به عنوان کارشناس تجزیه و تحلیل کسب‌وکار.
• مهارت‌های قوی در SQL و T-SQL.
• توانایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل و حل مسئله به صورت مؤثر.
• مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی و توانایی همکاری با تیم.

As a Business Analyst Expert at Tejarat Electronic Parsian (TOP), you will leverage your expertise in strategic management and management consultancy within the banking industry. Established in 2000, our company is based in Tehran. In this role, you will apply your knowledge in T-SQL and Power BI to analyze data, provide insights, and support decision-making processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data sets and provide solutions to optimize business performance
- Use T-SQL and Power BI to generate reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document business requirements
- Develop business models and project plans that align with organizational goals
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Track performance metrics and offer insights for improvement
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure project alignment and transparency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience as a business analyst in the banking or financial services industry
- Proficient in T-SQL and Power BI
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and implementation
