Analyzing and evaluating calls and existing processes and providing suggestions to improve them
Registering and tracking customer installments and problems in the system
Providing effective solutions
Providing daily reports of calls
making 100 outgoing calls daily
certification conditions:
proper and patient expression skills
high ability to communicate effectively over the phone with customers
high learning ability and Speed of action. Team work spirit
Ability to work under pressure and time management
Problem solving and conflict management skills
Customer orientation ability, active listening and persuasive skills and correct understanding of customer needs
Familiarity with construction and Using Google Sheets and Excel files
