شرح وظایف شغلی:

• طراحی و پیاده‌سازی نظام جبران خدمات متناسب با نیازهای سازمان.
• محاسبه دقیق حقوق و دستمزد کارکنان و تهیه گزارش‌های مرتبط.
• مدیریت امور بیمه‌ای و مالیاتی کارکنان و پیگیری امور مربوط به تامین اجتماعی.
• برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای طرح‌های بیمه تکمیلی و سایر رفاهیات برای کارکنان.
• تهیه دستورالعمل‌ها و آئین‌نامه‌های و رویه های اداری.
• مدیریت فرآیندهای اداری و کارگزینی به‌صورت مؤثر.
• برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای فرآیندهای جذب و استخدام.
• طراحی و اجرای برنامه‌های آموزشی برای کارکنان جدید.
• تدوین و به‌روزرسانی شناسنامه‌های شغلی و تحلیل مشاغل موجود در سازمان.
• محل کار: خیابان شهید بهشتی، خیابان بخارست (دسترسی نزدیک به مترو و بی‌آر‌تی).
• ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه از 8:30 صبح تا 5:30 عصر؛ پنجشنبه‌ها از 9 صبح تا 1 ظهر.
