• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش به منظور دستیابی به اهداف سالانه.
• مدیریت و هدایت تیم فروش برای دستیابی به عملکرد بالا.
• تجزیه و تحلیل بازار به منظور شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید.
• حفظ روابط قوی با مشتریان کنونی و جدید.
• گزارش‌گیری عملکرد فروش و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه قبلی در مدیریت فروش و عملکرد اثبات شده در دستیابی به اهداف فروش.
• توانایی رهبری تیم و مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی.
• دانش عمیق از بازار محلی و روندهای صنعت.
• توانایی کار در محیطی پویا و عملکرد تحت فشار.

Ahya Nan Iranian Company is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced country sales manager to lead and develop sales activities in Mashhad. This role includes managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies and building strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies in order to achieve annual goals
- Managing and guiding the sales team to achieve high performance
- Analyzing the market in order to identify new opportunities
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with current and new customers
- Reporting sales performance and providing solutions Improvement

Competencies:
- Previous experience in sales management and proven performance in achieving sales goals
- Team leadership ability and strong communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the local market and Industry Trends
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and perform under pressure
