Fanap Human Development Studio is looking for a motivated Senior Learning Product Owner to advance its "Fnap Camps" product with the mission of "Growth of Human Capital in the Digital Economy".
Your role in the team includes the following:
Designing and developing mid-term and long-term educational strategies: including identifying challenges, understanding competence, skill and expertise gaps of the Fanap group of companies in the development of market and providing innovative solutions and empowering and educational strategies
Stakeholder management: close communication with the educational partners of Fanap Group companies, relevant people and building strategic relationships to advance the strategy of "collective participation" on the one hand and On the other hand, creating educational relationships with serious and well-known players in education in Iran and the region Designing initiatives, campaigns and educational bootcamps: including education design, lesson plans and topics with the participation of experts in every field of digital economy and End2End implementation It is using the resources of the studio
Management of capacity building projects: including the definition of new empowerment and capacity building initiatives and projects and their promotion throughout Iran and the region
Business development: including the design of income models, Mastery of budgeting, business plan, business plan in the Vocational Education industry
Brand development and marketing: Promoting Brand Awareness of the campus and positioning it as one of the most important empowering initiatives and capacity development in the region
Indicators of justice, inclusion and diversity: extraction of relevant indicators and their promotion to ensure compliance with campus values.
reporting and analyzing the situation: checking the conditions of recruitment, metrics, ability of Fanap and companies in attracting talents in the market and providing solutions
The requirements of this job include the following: >Basic familiarity with the concepts and areas of Tech and digital economy is required to fulfill this mission.
Experience of at least 4 years in human capital teams and at least one year as a manager of an educational initiative and designing related initiatives is a serious advantage. .
A deep understanding of learning and the concepts of learning and education and its relation with social concepts is considered an advantage. A product development and service design approach is essential to play a role in this job position. Good understanding of English in reading, speaking and listening.
