- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مهندسی صنایع یا مهندسی مدیریت پروژه.
- حداقل سه سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
- مهارت تدوین برنامه‌های عملیاتی و مهارت استفاده از نرم‌افزار جامع PCIS و آفیس.
- توانایی ارتباط برقرار کردن و فهم دیگران و تمایل داشتن به کار با دیگران و به صورت گروهی.
- پیشرفت برنامه‌ها مطابق برنامه زمان‌بندی.
- ارائه به موقع و صحیح گزارش‌ها به مقام مافوق.
- همکاری در استقرار و اجرای انوع استانداردها، سیستم‌های مدیریتی، نرم‌افزارها و پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی.
- تعیین نیروی انسانی، تجهیزات و مواد اولیه مورد نیاز برای پوشش تقاضای تولید هر پروژه.
- برنامه‌ریزی و اولویت‌بندی عملیات برای اطمینان از حداکثر عملکرد و حداقل تأخیر.
- تدوین برنامه کلی تولید (Master Plan) و به روز‌رسانی آن.
- بررسی اطلاعات خروجی (تعداد محصولات نهایی، درصد نقص و غیره).
- تهیه گزارش وضعیت عملکرد.
- مدیر مستقیم: مدیر برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل پروژه.
- مدت قرارداد آزمایشی: 3 ماه.
- ساعت‌ها و روزهای کاری: شنبه تا چهارشنبه‌ها از 7 تا 17 و پنج‌شنبه‌ها از 7 تا 13 (مازاد 44 ساعت در هفته به‌صورت اضافه‌کاری).
- نیاز به سفر کاری: خیر.

Responsibilities: - Responsibility for the progress of programs according to the schedule
- Responsibility for timely and correct reports to superiors
- Responsibility for cooperation in the establishment and implementation of various standards, management systems, software and databases< br>- Responsibility for determining the manpower, equipment and raw materials required to cover the production demand of each project
- Responsibility for planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Responsibility for developing the overall production plan (master plan) and its updating
- Responsibility for checking the output information (number of final products, percentage of defects, etc.)
