شرح شغل:

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش و بازاریابی.
• تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های جدید.
• مدیریت تیم فروش و بررسی عملکرد آن‌ها.
• برقراری ارتباط با مشتریان و حفظ رابطه موثر با آن‌ها.
• استفاده موثر از نرم‌افزار CRM.
• هماهنگی با تیم‌های مختلف شرکت برای افزایش کارایی عملیات فروش و بازاریابی.
• برگزاری جلسات و ارائه گزارش‌های مرتبط به مدیرعامل.
• تدوین و اجرای برنامه‌های تبلیغاتی و کمپین‌های بازاریابی.
• شناسایی نمایندگان و توزیع‌کنندگان برتر هر شهرستان و مذاکره با آن‌ها.

Samin Khodro Part Pouya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Tehran. The successful candidate will drive sales initiatives, manage marketing campaigns, and ensure customer satisfaction by leveraging their expertise in CRM tools and Excel. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales and marketing within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals
- Manage and optimize the use of CRM tools, especially Payam Gostar
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Collaborate with the product development team to align marketing strategies with product offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to senior management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or Management
- Proven experience in a sales and marketing management role
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Payam Gostar, and Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Results-oriented with a strategic mindset
- Fluency in English and Persian
