ما در هلدینگ وطن زرین به دنبال مدیر روابط عمومی با انگیزه، فعال و علاقه‌مند به کار در شرکت‌های FMCG هستیم که بتواند فعالیت‌های زیر را به بهترین نحو انجام دهد.
شرح شغل:
- سیاست‌گذاری (تدوین استراتژی)، برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای برنامه‌های مناسب برای انعکاس اهداف، سیاست‌ها، فعالیت‌ها، برنامه‌ها به مخاطبان، رسانه‌ها و جامعه هدف.
- کمک به واحد فروش و امور مشتریان برای داشتن ارتباط مؤثر با مشتریان.
- توسعه برندکارفرمایی.
- همکاری در برگزاری همایش‌ها، سمینارها، جشنواره‌ها و بازدیدها.
- تهیه و انتشار کلیپ، فیلم کوتاه، گزارش‌های بصری و یا نوشتاری از عملکرد دوره‌ای سازمان در راستای افزایش شناخت مخاطبین از شرکت و ایجاد نگرش مثبت در مخاطبین نسبت به آن.
- انتشار بروشور، کاتالوگ، بنر و استند و تمامی مطالب قابل نشر پیرامون ماموریت شرکت.
- تهیه، تدوین و اجرای تقویم داخلی سازمان و بودجه‌ریزی مناسب مربوط به آن.
- راه‌اندازی صفحات تعاملی، شبکه‌های اجتماعی و هرگونه پیش خوان جهت افزایش تعامل و افزایش مخاطبین شرکت.
- برگزاری کمپین‌های کوتاه مدت و بلند مدت با هدف تبلیغات.
- تدوین و نظارت بر برنامه تبلیغاتی کلیه محصولات و خدمات سازمان.
- همراهی با واحد بازاریابی در برنامه‌ریزی بودجه بازاریابی و کنترل هزینه‌های عملیاتی حوزه بازاریابی.
- مدیا مانیتورینگ.
- افزایش میزان صدای شرکت در رسانه‌های مختلف Share of Voice.
- آماده کردن متون سخنرانی‌ها و سازماندهی مصاحبه‌گرها (خبرنگارها) برای مدیران ارشد سازمان.
- ارزیابی فرصت‌ها برای مشارکت، حمایت مالی و اسپانسرینگ رویدادهای علمی و مرتبط با صنعت.
- جایگاه‌سازی نقش روابط عمومی در سازمان.
- کنترل کردن بحران‌ها و اصلاح اطلاعات اشتباه در مورد سازمان ( مفاهیم ضد برند).
- ارزیابی برنامه‌های تبلیغاتی و تعیین میزان انطباق آن‌ها با خط مشی سازمان و تدوین و ارائه استراتژی‌های مناسب (رسانه‌ای و خبری).
- تهیه، تنظیم و نظارت بر تمام خروجی‌ها و اطلاعات پایه‌ای از سازمان برای ارائه به مراجعین و میهمانان سازمان از قبیل پروفایل شرکت.
شرایط احراز:
- داشتن حدود ده سال سابقۀ کاری در حوزۀ روابط عمومی؛ حداقل پنج سال سابقۀ کار مدیریتی.
- داشتن حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های ارتباطات، مدیریت یا سایر رشته‌های مرتبط.
- آشنایی با پلتفرم‌های رسانه‌های اجتماعی مانند اینستاگرام، فیسبوک، توییتر و لینکدین.
- آشنایی با ابزارهای تحلیل روابط عمومی.
- آشنایی با دیجیتال مارکتینگ.
- آشنایی با رسانه‌های تبلیغات محیطی.
- مسلط به نحوه به‌کارگیری اخبار و تکنیک‌های تبلیغاتی رسانه‌های اجتماعی.
- ترجیحا داشتن سابقۀ کاری مرتبط در یکی از صنایع FMCG، صنایع غذایی و صنایع سلولزی.
- تسلط کامل به زبان انگلیسی.
- توانمندی در مدیریت ارتباط با مشتریان.
- مسلط به تجزیه‌وتحلیل رفتار مصرف‌کنندگان.

• Helping the sales and customer affairs unit to have effective communication with customers
• Developing the employer brand Cooperation in holding conferences, seminars, festivals and visits Preparing and publishing clips, short films, visual or written reports of the periodic performance of the organization in order to increase the audience's knowledge of the company and create a positive attitude in the contacts regarding it
• Publication of brochures, catalogs, banners and stands and all materials that can be published about the company's mission
• Preparing, compiling and implementing the organization's internal calendar and appropriate budgeting related to it
• Launching Interactive pages, social networks and any counter to increase interaction and increase the company's contacts
• Holding short-term and long-term campaigns with the purpose of advertising
• Developing and monitoring the advertising program of all products and services of the organization
• Accompanying the marketing unit in planning the marketing budget and controlling the operating costs of the marketing field
• Media monitoring
• Increasing the volume of the company's voice in various media Share of Voice
• Preparing the texts of speeches and organizing interviews Journalists for the senior managers of the organization
• Assessing opportunities for participation, financial support and sponsoring scientific and industry-related events
• Establishing the role of public relations in the organization
• Controlling crises and correcting information Mistakes about the organization (anti-brand concepts)
• Evaluating advertising programs and determining their compliance with the organization's policy and formulating and presenting appropriate strategies (media and news)
• Preparing, adjusting and monitoring all Outputs and basic information from the organization to present to the clients and guests of the organization, such as the company profile
Job prerequisites:
· having about ten years of work experience in the field of public relations; At least five years of managerial work experience
· Having at least a bachelor's degree in communication, management or other related fields.
· Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, LinkedIn
· Familiarity with public relations analysis tools
· Familiarity with digital marketing
· Familiarity with environmental advertising media
· Mastering how to use news and social media advertising techniques
· Preferably having relevant work experience in One of the FMCG industries, food industries, cellulose industries
· Full command of English
· Ability to manage relationships with customers
· Proficient in analyzing consumer behavior
