مدیر قراردادها | Contract Manager

شرایط احراز:

• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌ حقوق.
• حداقل 12 سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• مسلط به مفاهیم مندرج در قراردادهای همسان (وزارت نفت و سازمان برنامه و بودجه).
• آشنایی با مفاهیم عمومی سایر قراردادهای مرتبط با پروژه‌های عمرانی.
• آشنایی با بخشنامه‌ها و مقررات سازمان برنامه و بودجه و وزارت نفت در ارتباط با امور پیمان/امور قراردادها.
• آشنایی با مفاهیم عمومی حقوق مدنی.
• توانایی مطالعه و نظردهی در قراردادهای تدوین شده به دو زبان فارسی یا انگلیسی.
• آشنایی با کلیات شرح خدمات انواع قراردادهای مشاور (طراحی/نظارت/مدیریت طرح).
• توانایی برقراری ارتباطات مناسب و مذاکره.
• آشنایی با انواع صورت وضعیت‌های متعارف.

Eligibility requirements:

Minimum Bachelor of Engineering / Law
At least 12 years of related work experience
Mastery of concepts included in similar contracts (Ministry of Oil and Program and Budget Organization)
Familiarity with general concepts of other contracts related to construction projects
familiarity with the directives and regulations of the Program and Budget Organization and the Ministry of Petroleum in relation to contract/contract matters
familiarity with general concepts of civil rights
ability to study and comment on contracts In two languages: Farsi or English
Familiarity with the general description of services of various types of consultant contracts (design / supervision / project management)
