کارشناس کنترل پروژه | Project Control Specialist

شرح وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• همکاری در انجام بررسی‌های کارشناسی، تجزیه‌وتحلیل فعالیت‌ها در زمینه خرید و تدارکات پروژه.
• تهیه و تنظیم برنامه زمان‌بندی تامین اقلام و تجهیزات مورد نیاز.
• همکاری و نظارت بر زمان‌بندی خرید در مراحل مختلف پروژه در چارچوب برنامه زمان‌بندی پیش‌بینی شده تا مرحله پایانی مطابق با دستورالعمل‌های صادره از بخش برنامه‌ریزی و کنترل پروژه.
• تجزیه و تحلیل نارسایی‌ها و مشکلات ناشی از تأخیر و تعویق برنامه‌ها و مراحل اجرایی تدارکات کالای پروژه.
• تهیه گزارش در مورد پیشرفت و مشکلات اجرایی تدارکات کالای پروژه به مدیر واحد.
• همکاری و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب در برنامه‌ریزی فعالیت‌های مربوط به خرید پروژه و اخذ مصوبات لازم.
• نظارت بر تهیه جداول ارزش وزنی فعالیت‌ها.

شایستگی‌های تخصصی:

• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی عمران یا مهندسی صنایع. 
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط. 
• آشنایی با مدیریت سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی.
• آشنایی با فرایند فنی پروژه‌های نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی.
• مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای Primavera ،MS Project ،MS Office.
• سطح زبان انگلیسی بالاتر از متوسط.
• آشنایی با روال تهیه مدارک پروژه.
• مسلط به فرایند تخصیص منابع در راستای افزایش بهره‌وری.
• سابقه فعالیت در حوزه نفت، گاز و پتروشیمی.

Description of duties and responsibilities:

Cooperation in carrying out expert reviews, analysis of activities in the field of project procurement and procurement
Preparation and adjustment of the schedule for the supply of required items and equipment
Cooperation and supervision of Timing of purchases in different stages of the project within the framework of the planned schedule until the final stage in accordance with the instructions issued by the project planning and control department
Analyzing the inadequacies and problems caused by the delay and postponement of the plans and implementation stages Procurement of project goods.
Preparing a report on the progress and implementation problems of project procurement to the unit manager
Cooperation and providing suitable solutions in planning the activities related to the purchase of the project and obtaining the necessary approvals
Supervising the preparation of weighted value tables Activities

Qualification conditions:
Specialized qualifications
At least a bachelor's degree in one of the fields of industry/civil engineering
At least 5 years of related work experience
Familiarity with information systems management
Familiarity with the technical process of oil and gas and petrochemical projects
Mastery of Primavera, MS Project, MS Office software
English language level above average
Familiarity with the procedure of preparing project documents
Mastery of the allocation process Resources in order to increase productivity
