شرح شغل:

• توسعه و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش برای افزایش درآمد.
• تماس و ملاقات با مشتریان بالقوه و ارائه خدمات و محصولات شرکت به آن‌ها.
• پیگیری و مدیریت معاملات فروش و اطمینان از رضایت مشتریان.
• تحلیل بازار و شناسایی نیازهای مشتریان.
• همکاری با تیم‌های داخلی برای هماهنگی تحویل و خدمات پس از فروش.
• تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای از عملکرد فروش.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه در زمینه فروش و بازاریابی.
• مهارت قوی در ارتباطات و مذاکره.
• توانایی برنامه‌ریزی و سازماندهی.
• مهارت در بازاریابی ایمیلی.

Dika Asia Company, active in the construction industry and established in 2001, is looking to hire a sales manager for the Tehran office. This position provides an opportunity to join our team and help develop and increase sales in target markets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Contact and meeting with potential customers and offering the company's services and products to them
- tracking and managing sales transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction
- analyzing the market and identifying customer needs
- working with internal teams to coordinate delivery and After-sales service
- preparation and presentation of periodical reports of sales performance
