مدیر فنی | Technical Manager

وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

• تدوین و اجرای برنامه نگهداری و تعمیرات ماشین‌آلات طبق روش اجرایی.
• برنامه‌ریزی جهت افزایش راندمان و کاهش استهلاک تجهیزات و ماشین‌آلات تولیدی.
• کنترل هزینه‌های نگهداری و ارائه گزارش به مدیریت.
• نظارت بر عملکرد تیم‌های تولید و مهندسی برای اطمینان از تحقق اهداف.

شرایط احراز:

• آشنایی کامل با تعمیر و نگهداری دستگاه‌ها و تجهیزات تولیدی در صنعت لبنیات و غذایی.
• مسلط به مفاهیم مهندسی و برنامه نگهداری دوره‌ای NET.
• مسلط به تعمیرات پیشگیرانه PM.
• آشنا با اصول و مقررات حفاظت و ایمنی (HSE).
• آشنا با زبان انگلیسی.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه مدیریت در واحد فنی مواد غذایی.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full familiarity with the maintenance of production devices and equipment in the dairy and food industry
- Compilation and implementation of the maintenance and repair program of machines according to the implementation method
- Planning to increase efficiency and reduce depreciation of production equipment and machinery
- Controlling maintenance costs and reporting to management
- Monitoring the performance of production and engineering teams to ensure the achievement of goals

Qualifying conditions:
- Proficient in engineering concepts and periodic maintenance program of NET
- Proficient in PM preventive maintenance
- Familiar with the principles and regulations of safety and security (HSE)
- Familiar with English
- Having at least 5 years of management experience in the food technical unit
