شرح شغل:

• طراحی، برنامه‌ریزی و انتخاب شیوه کارگردانی.
• هدایت و راهبری هنری برنامه‌های تلویزیونی.
• تایید طراحی صحنه، چهره‌پردازی، لباس، دکور، جلوه های ویژه، تصویربرداری، نورپردازی، صدابرداری و عکاسی صحنه پس از مشاوره با هریک از عوامل مربوط.
• تولید برنامه براساس جدول زمان‌بندی تولید.
• نظارت بر فعالیت‌های عوامل و هماهنگی آن‌ها.
• طراحی استوری برد، میزانسن و دکوپاژ.
• ارائه پیشنهاد برای تدوین، افکت و جلوه‌های ویژه رایانه‌ای و تایید آن.
• ارائه مشاوره برای انتخاب موسیقی متن و تایید آن.

شرایط احراز:

• جنسیت مد نظر: آقا. 
• محدوده سنی: 25 تا 50 سال. 
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مرتبط. 
• خدمت سربازی: اتمام یا معافیت دائم.
• حداقل سه سال تجربه کارگردانی تلویزیونی یا در صنعت رسانه.
• شناخت سیاست‌ها و اولویت‌های برنامه‌سازی در شبکه.
• آشنایی با چهره‌پردازی، طراحی لباس، دکور و موسیقی.
• شناخت و به‌کارگیری منابع برای تولید برنامه.
• مهارت مدیریت هنری برنامه‌های چند دوربینه.
• توانایی کارگردانی برنامه‌های زنده.
• شناخت تمامی وسایل، امکانات و محدودیت‌های حرفه‌ای.
• توانایی انتخاب عوامل برنامه‌ها و تولیدات ویژه با رویکرد اقتصادی و بازارهای مالی.
• توانایی کارشناسی و ارزیابی برنامه‌های ترکیبی.
• مسلط به فناوری‌های پیشرفته روز در زمینه کاری.

Job Description:
Directing television programs, reports, documentaries and news projects related to the Ramsar industry
Overall design and guidance of pre -production production to post -production, including scenes planning, imaging, lighting and guidance of the production team
Close cooperation with producers, writers, reporters and other team members to meet the goals of the program
Monitor the selection of locations, technical and video settings, and ensure the quality of the final output
Analyze and analyze programs production process and offer suggestions to improve content quality and attractiveness
Time management and coordination between different sectors of production in high -pressure conditions
Designing and directing the creative trend of television programs and reports according to the news and media needs
