شرایط احراز:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
• Having excellent skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Having good customer relations skills
• Having high self-expression skills
• Enthusiastic in teamwork
• Having effective listening skills
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Multi-tasking ability
• Having good negotiation skills
• Fluent in Turkish or English
• Ideal age range: 22 to 30 years old

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer the incoming calls of customers specifically and politely according to the related scenarios
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Communicate with customers through various channels like telephone and email
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Keep records of customer comments and complaints
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues (Sales and purchasing) as necessary
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Report to marketing manager
