• هماهنگ کردن فعالیت‌ها به سوی رسیدن به اهداف فروش در بالاترین سطح.
• مسئول فروش و تیم فروش فروشگاه.
• ارتقای عمکرد اعضای تیم از طریق آموزش و راهنمایی افراد زیر مجموعه.
• اطمینان از کیفیت کالاهای ارائه شده در سطح فروش مدیریت و کنترل هزینه‌ها و ضایعات و ارائه راهکارهای بهبود.
• تجزیه‌وتحلیل رفتار مشتریان و به‌روز نمودن کالاها متناسب با تقاضای مشتریان.
• نظارت بر اجرای چک‌ لیست‌های کنترلی وظایف روزانه، هفتگی، ماهانه و سالانه فروش.
• دریافت اطلاعات کالاهای کم فروش و بدون فروش و برنامه‌ریزی کنترل اقدامات اصلاحی.
• نظارت بر فرآیند اخذ اطلاعات قیمت از رقبا و بازار و نرخ‌ها.
• تبادل تجربیات و توسعه ارتباطات با تمام محیط‌های عملیاتی زیرمجموعه.
• پاسخگویی به انتقادات و پیشنهادات مشتریان.
• شرکت در جلسات مربوط به امور محوله.
• نظارت بر محل استقرار و چیدمان کالاها.
• نظارت بر اجرای برنامه‌های فروش فوق‌العاده.
• اطمینان از رعایت الزامات استانداردها در حوزه فعالیت کاری.
• نظارت بر مرجوع کردن کالاها.
• انجام آموزش‌های مورد نیاز به پرسنل زیر مجموعه.
