شرح شغل:

• تدوین و پیاده ه‌سازی استراتژی‌های کسب‌وکار.
• تحلیل نقاط قوت و ضعف داخلی و محیط بیرونی سازمان و فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها به منظور طراحی برنامه استراتژیک.
• استخراج اهداف کلان و خرد و ارائه توصیه‌های تصمیم‌گیری.
• همکاری با تیم‌های مختلف برای اطمینان از تطابق با اهداف استراتژیک شرکت.
• شناسایی فرصت‌های بهبود عملکرد و بهره‌وری.
• ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی دوره‌ای و پیشنهادات اجرایی.
• پایش عملکرد واحدها و برنامه‌های عملیاتی جهت اطمینان از همسو بودن برنامه‌های جاری با اهداف و اولویت‌های استراتژیک.
• ارزیابی عملکرد سازمانی بر اساس شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد، به منظور تهیه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای.
• تدوین اهداف راهبردی و KPI برای تمامی واحدهای سازمان جهت اجرای فرایند ارزیابی عمکلرد دوره‌ای.
• جمع‌آوری اطلاعات عملکردی واحدهای مختلف به منظور تحلیل و تهیه گزارش‌های عملکردی فراواحدی و یکپارچه کل شرکت.

شرایط احراز:

• مسلط به مبانی و فرآیند مدیریت راهبردی، مدل‌ها و ابزارهای مربوطه و روش‌های ارزیابی عملکرد.
• مسلط به تدوین گزارش‌های آماری با تمرکز بر تحلیل داده‌ها و عارضه‌یابی و تنظیم راهکارهای پیشنهادی (ریشه‌یابی و حل مسئله).
• تفکر سیستمی (جامع‌نگری)، تفکر راهبردی، تفکر خلاق، نوآور و تحلیل گر موضوعات و تفکر انتقادی.
• جنسیت مد نظر: خانم یا آقا.
• محدوده سنی: 25 تا 38 سال.
• مدرک تحصیلی در رشته‌های مدیریت، مهندسی صنایع یا فارغ‌التحصیل MBA.
• حداقل پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط.
• سطح بالاتر از حد متوسط در زبان انگلیسی.
• خدمت سربازی: اتمام خدمت سربازی و یا معافیت دائم.
• سطح بالاتر از حد متوسط در استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای مایکروسافت آفیس.

Job Description:_Development and implementation of business strategies. macro and micro goals and providing decision recommendations.
_Collaboration with different teams to ensure compliance with the company's strategic goals.
_Identifying opportunities to improve performance and productivity.
_Providing periodic management reports and Executive suggestions. Monitoring the performance of units and operational plans to ensure that current plans are aligned with strategic goals and priorities. Evaluating organizational performance based on key performance indicators, in order to prepare periodical reports. br>_Development of strategic goals and KPI for all units of the organization to implement the periodic performance evaluation process.
_Collection of functional information of various units in order to analyze and prepare cross-unit and integrated performance reports of the entire company.

Accreditation conditions :


_ Proficient in the basics and process of strategic management, relevant models and tools, and performance evaluation methods. Suggestion (finding the roots and solving the problem).
_Systemic thinking (holistic view), strategic thinking, creative thinking, innovative and analyzing issues and critical thinking.
_Gender in question: female or male.
_Age range: 25 to 38 years.
_Education degree in management, industrial engineering or MBA graduate.
_At least five years of work experience in the related field.
_Above average level in English.
_Military service: completion of military service or permanent exemption.
_Above average level in using Microsoft Office software.
