Job Description:_Development and implementation of business strategies. macro and micro goals and providing decision recommendations.
_Collaboration with different teams to ensure compliance with the company's strategic goals.
_Identifying opportunities to improve performance and productivity.
_Providing periodic management reports and Executive suggestions. Monitoring the performance of units and operational plans to ensure that current plans are aligned with strategic goals and priorities. Evaluating organizational performance based on key performance indicators, in order to prepare periodical reports. br>_Development of strategic goals and KPI for all units of the organization to implement the periodic performance evaluation process.
_Collection of functional information of various units in order to analyze and prepare cross-unit and integrated performance reports of the entire company.
Accreditation conditions :
_ Proficient in the basics and process of strategic management, relevant models and tools, and performance evaluation methods. Suggestion (finding the roots and solving the problem).
_Systemic thinking (holistic view), strategic thinking, creative thinking, innovative and analyzing issues and critical thinking.
_Gender in question: female or male.
_Age range: 25 to 38 years.
_Education degree in management, industrial engineering or MBA graduate.
_At least five years of work experience in the related field.
_Above average level in English.
_Military service: completion of military service or permanent exemption.
_Above average level in using Microsoft Office software.
