Regional Sales and Marketing Manager / Northwest of the country
We are looking for a flexible manager who will take responsibility for the growth of sales channels. The responsibilities of the regional sales manager include identifying, evaluating and selecting sales agents in the northwest region, as well as concluding and managing sales contracts and ensuring the coordination of marketing methods with our brand identity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise sales and advertising.
Identify, evaluate and select sales agents and marketers. Face-to-face negotiations with customers to introduce products and services and conclude contracts.
Planning and directing people and training sales representatives.
Leading and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally (requires provincial trips).
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on quantitative criteria.
Continuous meetings with marketing and sales experts to increase Sales. Follow up to deliver products and services to customers according to the agreed schedule. Supervise the process of issuing proforma invoices and sales invoices. Continuously analyze the market for products and services and provide marketing and sales reports to Regular communication with the management. Identifying the risks and opportunities related to sales and trying to control them. Carrying out other tasks assigned by the management.
