Follow-up and calculation of employees' performance, including attendance and absence, overtime and vacations and preparation of relevant reports
Preparation and adjustment of monthly payroll and ensuring accuracy in reports and lists sent
Follow-up and implementation Processes related to employee insurance matters (including social security, supplementary, life insurance, etc.) Human resources team in Implementation of incentive plans and other service compensation benefits to increase employee satisfaction
Follow up of companies' disciplinary committees and matters related to labor administration
Preparation of service compensation and welfare reports in interaction with holding companies
Eligibility Requirements
at least a bachelor's degree in management disciplines
familiarity with job evaluation methods
at least 2 years of related work experience
experience in salary calculation and familiarity with insurance and administration laws Familiarity with payroll software and Excel, communication skills and ability to work in a team
