شرح شغل:
- انجام مکاتبات اسنادی و هماهنگی با نماینده، کریر و مشتری از زمان بوکینگ تا زمان تحویل کالا.
- ثبت اطلاعات بوکینگ‌ها در سیستم.
- آرشیو اطلاعات بوکینگ‌ها.
- حفظ روابط کاری مستدام و موثر با مشتریان.
شرایط احراز:
- حداقل مدرک کارشناسی.
- حداقل یک سال تجربه کاری در شرکت کشتیرانی و حمل‌ونقل.
- مسلط به زبان انگلیسی.
- آشنایی به اسناد حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی.
- آشنایی نسبی با بازار حمل‌ونقل و کشتیرانی.
- مهارت‌های ارتباطی.
- توانایی انجام کار در قالب یک تیم.
